Wirui Estate coffee is grown in the volcanic soils of the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Clean, fine acidity and a full balanced flavour are the signatures of this coffee. Lower caffeine levels (0.93%) are a natural result of the growing conditions. These natural tree dried beans display a syrupy body with low acidity, and rich flavour notes of chocolate, malt and maple syrup. Flavours to find on the palate are caramel, chocolate and cinnamon with a warm spicy finish. This is a clean, natural product, grown without pesticides.
